Job Title Customer Experience Executive
Description

Our client in Oranmore, Galway has a permanent and full-time opportunity within their Customer Experience Team.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent interpersonal skills, be confident and personable while dealing with the public and will have proven administrative and systems experience.

You will provide our client’s customers with an unrivaled level of service, and in return will work in an exciting and dynamic company, with an excellent culture, a sports and social club and team outings during the year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and customer focused service to our client’s customers.
  • Respond professionally to inbound calls, emails and social media contacts along with occasional outbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively work to meet goals set out for the customer centre.
  • Be first point of contact to handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Troubleshoot problems using available tools and training.
  • Liaising with the entire team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • At least a year’s experience working in a busy customer centre.
  • Must be available to work 39 hours per week that will span some weekends and holidays (occasional).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
  • Proven IT skills, confident with computer systems.
  • Problem solving skills & experience in delivering practical solutions.
