A Quality Supervisor is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our County Galway based client. Exciting opportunity for the right candidate and excellent progession opportunities.

THE ROLE:
* Supervision of the Quality team.
* Analysis of the quality data to identify trends to optimise / improve manufacturing process and the quality system.
* Drive/participate in quality improvement /optimisation projects for quality system.
* Management of the Customer complaint process.
* Co-ordinate and participate in internal audits.
* Reporting of the performance areas of responsibility to cross functional teams.
* Participate and improve the CAPA process, ensuring timely close out of all related actions.
* Active participation in the development training programs and participation in training of staff.
* Support QMS activities to ensure continued compliance to ISO 9001.
* Daily meetings with the Team.
* Perform review of procedures and practices.
* Define and monitor area objectives and measures.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Quality Engineer/ Degree with minimum of 5 years experience
* Quality Documentation Control
* Local vendor management
* A track record of problem solving
* Experienced Lead Auditor
* Experienced in Project Management
* Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology
* Experienced in moulding and high volume production
* Computer Literate, MS Excel, Word etc.
