Training and Development Coordinator Job responsibilities

• Administration of training tools and training software such as SAP/SuccessFactors.

• Administration experience relating to T&D activities.

• Coordinate T&D activities and ensure that all planned training is delivered.

• Responsible for providing support to employees through management of the T & D inbox.

• Coordinate company inductions for new employees

• Compile Training metrics on a weekly / monthly basis.

• Generate reports relating to training status.

  Training and Development Coordinator experience/skills needed

• Third level qualification in Training & Development, Organizational Development, Education or a related field is desirable

• 2 - 3 years experience of using SAP/ LMS Success Factors is essential

• Computer literacy including Microsoft Office tools and e-mail, Google Suite.

• Strong Excel skill set essential

• 2- 5 years of T&D experience

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

• Be self-motivated and have the ability to motivate others

• Be target focused

• Excellent Prioritization and Time Management skills.

• Outstanding attention to detail

• Excellent People skills
