Chef de Partie required for a well-established four star hotel located in the tranquil surroundings of east Galway. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, seeking to gain invaluable experience in a busy hotel kitchen, while learning new skills along the way.

The ideal candidate:

• will have the ability to work well as part of a team
• have good communication skills
• will be ambitious and eager to learn new skills
• must have a passion to produce high quality food
• have an excellent working knowledge of HACCP
• have previous experience in a busy kitchen environment
• have the ability to work well under pressure

All candidates MUST have legal status to work in Ireland as no work permits are issued by the Irish government for this particular position
