My client is currently seeking an experienced F B Manger for their award winning 4 star hotel.

Salary of €30,000 - €32,000 offered for the ideal candidate.

The ideal candidate:

• must have 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• must be flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
• must have an excellent customer service and communication skills
• have a hands on approach and lead by example
• must have the strong management skills and be able to manage a large team
• the ability to handle difficult situations and to be able to think on their feet

• Overseeing all food and beverage operations
• Meeting targets and KPI's
• Recruiting and training all staff, making sure that all staff are at the required standards
• Overseeing the smooth running of Weddings and Functions (approx. 70 weddings per annum, 2-3 functions weekly)

• Meals provided on duty
• Free membership to the leisure centre
• Onsite parking available
