Sous Chef required for a busy 4* hotel in the Athlone area

My client is seeking a Sous Chef that is experienced in working in a busy, fast paced, high volume experience. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for good quality food and will strive to learn new skills in order to progress in their career.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Capable of working well as part of a team
• Excellent working knowledge of HACCP
• Ability to work on their own initiative
• Passion for producing high quality food
• Confidence and ability to run a kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef
• Experience in working in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure
