Experienced Bar Manager required for a busy four star hotel in the vibrant city of Galway. The successful candidate will be responsible for all operations of the bar. They will work closely with the F B Manager in order to ensure the smooth running of the F B department. They will be expected to meet and exceed KPI's and targets and maintain the hotels high standard of customer service. The Ideal Candidate: must have experience working in a similar role in a 4/5* property. must have strong managerial, communication and customer service skills. must be hardworking, with a hands on approach that would lead by example. high volume experience, including weddings and functions. good working knowledge of beverages, including cocktails. must be a problem solver with the ability to think on their feet. must be flexible regarding working hours. genuine passion for the industry and for delivering a high standard of customer care. The Role: Responsibility of all operations of the bar. Recruiting and training staff. Ensure the smooth running of all functions and events. Meeting all KPI's and targets.
