Main Duties: * To be responsible for the preparation and setting up of all function and meeting rooms. * To perform security and fire checks at regular intervals. * To ensure the highest levels of customer care are practiced at all times. * To deal with complaints in a courteous and efficient manner and inform the senior manager. * To manage all late drink orders. * To maintain and monitor the cleanliness standards of the hotel.
