The main responsibility ofthis roleto identify property sales and land acquisitions and convert them into completed projects. The role objectives include the sale of forested lands, the sourcing of bare land for afforestation and the purchase of immature forest properties. Key responsibilities: Be the first response to customer queries, taking ownership of customer contact and correspondence. Understand customer requirements. Create and control the property sales pipeline including rigorous review of pipeline cases. Manage case preparation and recommendations for responsible property sales projects including verification of title, obtaining necessary approvals, environmental assessment, legal compliance, assessment of other users and uses. Manage and control the process for property sales projects. Prepare impact assessments for property sales projects and manage to completion. Control the delivery of the sales process in line with corporate governance. Development and implementation of consultation plans for stakeholders (both internal and external) for each project. Liaise with legal appointees through completion of sales process. Key requirements: HETAC Level 7 qualification in Business (or related discipline) or equivalent relevant experience. A sound understanding of the propery market, in particular land sales and acquisitions is essential. Strong business acumen with keen commercial sense. General comprehension of Project Management philosophy. Excellent negotiation skills. Rigorous use of reporting systems. Diligent and meticulous in customer dealings. Excellent interpersonal skills. Driven and relentless in execution of objectives. Ability to work on own initiative at all times. Full clean driving licence.
