A Senior Financial Analyst is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Galway based multinational client. Superb opportunity with a major multinational for a qualified accountant with a strong costing and manufacturing background. THE ROLE: * The Senior Financial Analyst is directly involved in financial consolidation, planning, analysis and reporting activities relating to Operations. * Also involved in Other Product Costs" (OPC), Capital Expenditure (CapEx), Cost Down, Manufacturing Strategy projects as well as providing financial support and business partnering to certain manufacturing plants. * This role will also provide consolidation support to the FP&A Director for business unit level consolidations on a monthly basis. REQUIREMENTS: * The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, preferably with 4 years post qualification experience in manufacturing. * Strong attention to detail, you demonstrate critical thinking and can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams & global teams. * You are experienced with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Hyperion Financial Management , Essbase and SAP skills are desirable. * Strong FP & A skillset and strong costing and manufacturing experience in a global organisation.
