Junior Buyer (Co Clare. Key 2 Recruitment has been retained by an expanding healthcare company based in Co Clare to recruit a Junior Buyer for an expanding department. The role will suit a materials / business graduate and the company may consider a recent graduate with some relevant experience. Training will be provided. Duties: The processing of Sample requests for immediate supply to various markets. The procurement of samples for Product launches. Close liason with both 3rd party suppliers and internal Group manufacturing sites in relation to obtaining reference standards. Communicating with our corporate Purchasing office in relation to pricing and commercial agreements. Understanding the regulatory implications surrounding the supply of Pharmaceutical ingredients. Close communication with our trading partners in providing delivery date information. Creation of a real time report providing timely, accurate updated information on all oustanding Purchase Orders. Reporting to Management trends and Analysis of Purchasing data. Creation and processing of Sample request purchase Orders. Sourcing the market for Pharmaceutical packaging. Negotiating with suppliers on annual packaging supplies. Creation of annual tenders. Qualifications : Degree educated or an appropriate materials Diploma is advantageous.
