Training & Development Administrator / Co-ordinator - County Galway. Scope of role: Co-ordination of training events, administration of learning management systems, responsible for management of training and development mailbox support for employees. Occasional support required to facilitate the induction of new employees. Key Responsibilities. ▪ Administration of specific training tools and training software such as LMS and PeopleSoft systems. ▪ Administration relating to training and development activities. ▪ Learning Management System owner onsite - scheduling, co-ordinating. ▪ Administration management of the onsite Professional Education Scheme. ▪ Coordinate training & development activities and ensure that all planned training interventions are delivered. ▪ Responsible for providing support to employees through management of the training and development mailbox. ▪ Coordinate company induction for new employees. ● Compile Training metrics on a weekly / monthly basis. ● Generate reports relating to training status. Interested applicants should have: ● Third level qualification in Training & Development, Organisational Development, Education or related field. ● 2 - 3 years' experience using PeopleSoft/ LMS Success Factors essential. ● Computer literacy, Microsoft Office tools and e-mail, Google Suite. ● Strong Excel skill set essential. Professional Experience. ● Minimum 2- 5 years' training and development experience. ● Excellent attention to detail. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Be quality focused. ● Be target and delivery focused. ● Ability to work under your own initiative. ● Excellent prioritization and time management skills. ● Outstanding attention to detail.
