Assistant Manager required for a new fresh food counter within a busy deli in Galway City. Exciting opportunity to be heavily involved in the expansion of a deli, introducing a new brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth running of the new fresh food counter. They will work closely with the deli manager to ensure a high level of standards are kept and excellent customer service is delivered. The Ideal Candidate: Experience working in a fresh food counter/deli counter/sandwich bar. Managerial experience desired, however a strong supervisor ready to take the next step will be considered. Excellent knowledge of HACCP. Ability to lead a team. Excellent level of customer service. Excellent communication skills. Ability to problem solve. Ability to meet targets and KPI's.
