TheSenior Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with local leadership to support the HR needs for Ireland and for other employees located throughout Europe for the company. EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (indicate if required or preferred): Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum of six (6) years progressively more responsible experience in Human Resources. Skills Knowledge/Abilities: Working knowledge of all aspects of a Human Resources department with a strong emphasis on employment law, benefits administration and performance management. Ability to coach employees and managers in a solution-oriented manner which encourages positive outcomes. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Keen attention to detail and high degree of accuracy. Experience with using everyday tools (e.g., email, data retrieval, voicemail, and internet/intranet. Ability to promote the delivery of exceptional customer service to both internal (staff) and external customers (visitors and vendors. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
