Job Title Administrator/Receptionist

CPL are seeking an experienced administrator/receptionist to join their team in Galway city centre.

Reception duties:

  • Greeting, welcoming and directing walk- in visitors/candidates to the building
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming calls while providing basic information
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/courie
  • Using/updating daily calendar meetings, networking lists and agendas
  • Ordering, receiving and stocking distribution of office supplies, cleaning supplies
  • Management of boardroom bookings for CPL and Servisource staff
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing out Social Welfare forms, photocopying, printing etc…
  • Social Media: use of Hootsuite, Facebook, Twitter (posting job adverts etc)
  • Accounts maintenance: sending invoices / receipts for payments
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc reception requirements as needed
Administrative duties:

  • Issuing of temporary contracts to candidates
  • Payroll set up (requesting bank details etc and sending info to accounts for approval) End of placements ( closing and issuing of P45’s to candidates)
  • Assisting candidates with queries re: Webtime system, timesheets, holiday entitlement etc
  • Reference checks and liaison with other recruiters within the company
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by recruiters/ manager
