Job Title Swedish Customer Service Representative

Swedish Customer Service Representative required for major Galway based company. Must be fluent in Swedish and English.


  • Handling all incoming calls/e-mails for your responsible region
  • Creating and tracking quotations
  • Advising customers regarding lead-times and pricing and providing other document requests
  • Providing solutions for product requests
  • Handling outbound calls to customers to clarify order requirements when necessary
  • Reviewing contracts -to understand any specific terms and conditions agreed with a customer
  • Same-day order entry of all customer orders: standard/samples/warranty/RMAs
  • Communicating with the relevant partners i.e. Marketing, Finance and Sales to ensure effective and efficient order management.
  • Handling After-Sales Activities:Processing credit/re-bills requests, resolve mis-shipments and provide proof of deliveries
  • Handling customer complaints (including warranty claims)

  • Commercial background, customer service focused with excellent communication skills. Third level education or previous experience an advantage
  • Technical understanding or experience in handling / dealing with technical products would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English essential and Swedish/Norwegian preferred
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, SAP
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in high-volume, fast-paced environment
