Are you a Financial Analyst with a love for Supply Chain and a focus in this area. Our client is looking for a candidate who would like to join a strong team and a company with staff are recognised as key to the company growth. This role will require a good understanding of Supply Chain. You will be a Part Qualified accountant with a strong analytical background ideally coming from a Multinational background, strong numeracy skills and advanced Excel and Access. Work with sales and marketing to analyse sales out data, promotional activity and market trends to ensure these are reflected in the demand plans and sufficient buffer stock is held to cover any potential upsides based on historical trends. Finance Lead for the S&OP process and reporting. Support the Commercial Finance Manager with providing analysis and recommendations to the Operations/R&D team through gross margin analysis, PPV reporting and. Act as the finance lead for sku rationalisation initiatives, working with sales, marketing and operations to ensure the range aligns to the product portfolio strategy for all regionsAct as the finance lead for all aspects of Demand Generation, proactively engaging with Sales, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment of supply & demand for all sku's across all regionsReview and optimise current Suppy & Demand Systems and processes. Support the quarterly forecasting process and the annual budgeting process. Support the Commercial Finance Manager with product profitability modelling, ensuring the accuracy of standard and non-standard cost of sales inputs. Make recommendation on prioritisation of stock based on customer and product profitability analysisWork with the Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to ensure the effective management of EOL products during range changes to ensure scrappage and obsolescence is minimised. Ensure demand planning/forecasting is reflective of standard, seasonal and promotional stock requirements in the short, medium and long term. Work collaboratively and partner with key cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Sales, Customer Service) to deliver our key business objectives. Data led, with strong analytic and numeracy skills. Experienced in supporting Operational functions, with a strong understating of the Supply Chain model and Demand Generation. Demonstrates an understanding of the importance of the effective management of the Supply & Demand Model on a company's cashflow and profitability. Highly resourceful and collaborative. Commercial/sales performance drive. Passionate, fearless and friendly. Willing and determined to dig deep, innovate and drive brilliant execution.
