A successful listed business with its headquarters based in Galway with a large project pipeline, are seeking a Software Project Lead with a passion for what they do on a permanent basis. The project lead is responsible for the planning, execution and pursuit of a software project using cutting edge technology. Competitive salary and great benefits package available. Responsibilities: You will be able to communicate a clear and concise goals with the software development team. You will be in charge of the robust project execution in line with projects and targets. Ensure software development processes are followed. Support R&D Project manager for customer interface software development. Assign tasks and work packages to SW Team members. Deliver project on time, within scope and on budget. You will contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipment's, investments. Requirements: Min 5 years sw project management, methodologies and software experience. Strong leadership skills. Ability to manage cross functional teams across multiple time zones. Computer science or Software engineering Degree.
