The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing a retail store selling similar products to the construction industry. Duties. Developing sales strategies and setting targest for your team to meet. Monitoring performance and motivating your team to ensure they met the targets you have set. Performing details analysis of sales figures. Providing staff with coaching and constructive feedback. Collecting and analysing customer reserach data. Reproting to senior management.
